Supporting Veterans in Our Community 

Here in supporting our veterans is more than a gesture—it's a community promise. From housing assistance and mental-health programs to service-dog training and community service opportunities, these incredible local organizations work tirelessly to honor and empower those who served. 1. Veterans Multi-Service Center (VMC)


A comprehensive support hub offering housing, career development, and healthcare navigation for veterans and their families.

Founded in 1980, VMC is dedicated to empowering veterans by addressing housing stability, employment readiness, and health access—helping thousands reintegrate with dignity and purpose.

2. Team Foster

Team Foster funds and pairs service dogs with injured and disabled veterans—at no cost to the veteran.

Created in honor of late U.S. Army Captain Erick Foster, this nonprofit champions veteran support through service-dog programs, awareness events, and fundraising initiatives across our region.
